What is Wave Road

Wave Road is an endless runner that combines the mechanics of a wave-based flyer with the progression of a road-trip game. Instead of just avoiding obstacles, you are trying to stay "on the road," which is a moving, curving energy beam. If you stray too far from the center of the beam, your energy depletes. The game is designed to be a more meditative experience, featuring lo-fi music and soft color palettes, though it still offers a significant challenge as the "road" starts moving faster and twisting more sharply.

How to Play Wave Road

Stay Centered Hold the screen to move the wave upward and release to move it downward to stay within the glowing road.

Energy Collect blue orbs to keep your energy bar full; if the bar empties the game is over.

Speed As the music tempo increases the road will begin to shift more rapidly requiring more frequent taps.

Distance Focus on surviving for as long as possible to reach new distance milestones and unlock peaceful new environments.
